Lodging facilities are open to military personnel (all ranks/grades), their family members and guest, and retired military. Reservations are recommended.

General Information

• Distinguished Visitor Quarters are available.
• Priority reservations are for TDY and PCS. All other reservations are on a space available basis.
• If space is not available for TDY or PCS personnel a statement of non availability should be obtained from Lodging prior to obtaining commercial lodging.
• PCS personnel are authorized to stay up to 30 day based on availability.
• Keith Ware Hall, Bldg 36006, is open 24 hrs a day.
• Poxon Guest House, Bldg 111, is open from 6:30 a.m.-10:00 pm. Assistance after 10:00 pm is provided at Building 36006.
• Fort Hood Lodging provides hotel/motel type accommodations comparable to the local economy,
• All facilities are Non-smoking.
• No pets are allowed in guest rooms. Outdoor kennels are available. Pet vaccination records must be provided at check in.
• Check out time is 1100, the day of departure
  Late check out may be prearranged with the front desk.
• Payment for TDY personnel is due upon check out. If extended stay payment is due every 30 days.
• Payment is due for all others upon check in. Payment may be made daily by 1100 if desired.
• Credit Cards excepted are: VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS
