Well-Beats Virtual Group Fitness Systems (Kiosks)
- This system is convenient, accessible, and available to ages 6 years old and up. It is more than just classes, it’s a personalized solution for fitness programming, giving more participants access to tools that meet their needs or workout preference. The WELLBEATS Kiosk is equipped with tutorials and basic classes, format variety, multi-option instruction, workout plans and Fit Tests.
The format variety classes consist of:
REV (performance cycling), Fusion (Yoga & Pilates), TKO (kickbox conditioning), Stomp (all around step), Vibe (cardio & coordination), Kinetics (metabolic conditioning), Definitions (straight sculpt), Transitions (active aging 45+), Bar Strong (strength building), Kettle Power (intense strength & stamina), eXpress (fast, efficient fitness), Pregnancy Express (pre/post pregnancy), Silver & Fit (chair-based and standing exercises), MOVE ME! (Youth game-like activities) and Fit for Duty (DOD fitness training, created by the U.S. Pentagon).

Our facilities are equipped to ensure physical fitness progression for the entire Fort Hood population, as well. Functional fitness exercises are designed to train and develop muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities.
